When you log into your UNiDAYS Sample Society account, you’ll be able to see a list of different samples available for you to order. You can order as many different samples as you like, but only one of each sample per person. Some sampling campaigns may be limited to one per household.

Once you’re signed up to UNiDAYS Sample Society, keep an eye on your inbox to see when new samples drop—make sure you agree to email notifications so you don’t miss out! Or, you can log into your UNiDAYS Sample Society and view the list of available samples for you.

But, you’re in control—when you create your account, you’ll share your preferences so we can handpick samples or full size items that we know you’ll love, to minimise any waste. Better for you, better for our planet. 

Nothing! UNiDAYS Sample Society is completely free and there’s no obligation. We want to connect you with exciting products we think you’ll love and enjoy as an extra perk of being a student. And, if you want to leave a review or grab a student discount to stock up on your faves, that’s cool too. 

SoPost are our trusted, third-party sampling partner, they help us with hosting sampling campaigns and delivering your samples to you. 

All data handled by UNiDAYS Sample Society is done so in the strictest accordance with data and GDPR laws and guidelines. Once you sign up to UNiDAYS Sample Society, you’ll be asked your permission to share some details with SoPost, our trusted sampling partner. This data is only used to facilitate your ordering and receiving of samples, as well as notifying you of any new samples available. You have the right to be forgotten and can adjust your data sharing preferences at any time from the SoPost Privacy Portal. 

When you sign up to UNiDAYS Sample Society, you’ll share your sample preferences. This helps us to handpick only the samples you’re genuinely interested in to make sure we send you only the very best stuff. Plus, it helps us to minimise the impact on the planet—win, win! You can change your preferences at any time from your UNiDAYS Sample Society account.

You can expect your samples to take a few days from the time of ordering, bear in mind that delivery could take a few weeks to reach you through the postal network during busy times. You can also track your delivery once processed using your order number at track.sopost.com. Occasionally, a product may be offered that has a small delivery charge. In these cases, this will be highlighted from the outset for you to accept or decline and, as with everything offered within the UNiDAYS Sample Society, not accepting this won’t affect your being offered samples in future.

While we encourage you to help other customers by reviewing samples you receive, you don’t have to—it’s your choice. Around two weeks after your sample is posted to you, you’ll receive an email with a link to leave a review—brands love to hear your feedback! There will be occasions where leaving reviews will mean that you’re more likely to receive certain samples in the future.

No, once a new sample is available for you to order, you’ll be notified by email. Then, simply log into your UNiDAYS Sample Society account and confirm that you’d like to receive a sample, as well as your delivery address.

Absolutely! There are no limits on how many students can sign up to UNiDAYS Sample Society, although some samples may have limited availability. Any friends you recommend must be verified UNiDAYS members, however.

Of course, though we’d be sad to see you go. Simply log into your UNiDAYS Sample Society account and cancel your membership, you can then remove all your stored data through the SoPost Privacy Portal, if you wish.

Of course. You can change your address and other details at any time from your UNiDAYS Sample Society account settings. Plus, each time you order a sample you’ll asked to input your preferred delivery address and will have the chance to change it. Great for students living between uni and home! Please note, delivery addresses can’t be changed once your order has already been processed.
